City Parks Alliance members are invited to join a MEMBERS-ONLY conference call that focuses on EPA’s urban watersheds and federal agency partnerships.  Mike Shapiro, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Water, and Surabhi Shah, Director of the Urban Waters program, will provide an overview of the agency’s Urban Waters program, which includes a sub-grant program (Urban Waters Learning Network) that will fund capacity building for nongovernmental organizations working in urban watersheds.
