CPA Featured in Urban Land magazine

CPA’s Red Fields to Green Fields project was the focus of an article in the January/February 2010 issue of Urban Land magazine.  “From Vacant Properties to Green Space,” describes a land-based approach to solving America’s economic crisis by enabling municipalities to acquire vacant commercial properties to develop into parks and green space.  CPA’s partnership with Georgia Tech Research Institute on a national research effort is highlighted.  Urban Land is published by the Urban Land Institute, a non-profit that provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.  Download the article here: ULI_Jan-Feb_Caravati-From_Vacant_Properties_to_Green_Space.pdf
